We may be small, but we are growing quickly. Orchard Health currently serves over 1800 patients in Nashville, GA, Berrien County, and the surrounding area.
Where it all started.
Direct DOC was the initial direct primary care clinic started by Dr. Jonathan Wade, Candace Wade, and Bill Bryant, FNP back in June 2018. This location serviced about 500 patients in the area until the next stage of growth in 2020. The direct DOC clinic is the old Fulp’s Jewelers building located in the downtown square in Nashville at 110 S. Jefferson St. Nashville, GA 31639.

Chaparral/Robalo Boats was a large employer that signed on with direct DOC in January 2020, creating a subsidiary clinic that was called Industrial Health. Since that time, direct DOC and Industrial Health have been consolidated into the Orchard Health brand in order to create a brand that encapsulates everything that the practice is able to do as a direct primary care clinic. This main clinic is located just off the main square at 201 West McPherson Ave. Nashville, GA and is the headquarters for Orchard Health administration.
Where we’ve arrived!
On June 7th, 2024, Orchard Health opened the doors on our own building! The location was originally the headquarters for Harvey’s Supermarket and was built in 1910. This larger facility greatly increases some of the procedures and interventions we are able to offer our patients, and is hopefully a great place to establish Orchard Health as a permanent fixture in Berrien County. We were able to update the building and make a fully functional office with more space, ready to serve our Nashville community!

We are constantly looking for medical professionals who may be tired of traditional healthcare and are looking to embrace the direct primary care model. We have also worked with others to start the process of creating Orchard Health affiliate offices in other locations with the same Orchard Health branding and umbrella model.
